As I already said, I live in a complex building that was constructed around 1920...
I already wrote about the ghost that one of my former neighbor saw in his house and that touch the back of my knee, just to let himself known I guess.
This is another story...
The building across the one talked about above, is occupied by three nice young men... who I will call "G", "V" and "D".
G had a girlfriend and they shared the same bedroom, (formerly D had that room).
So, when D had that room, told me that every time a girl was inside, there was a strange feeling, like a heavy atmosphere in the air and every female who stayed there wanted to get out for no apparent reason...
D told me one of her good girl friend, had some kind of psychic abilities and besides feeling very uncomfortable, she said that there was the spirit of a woman in there who did not want any female figure in that room.
When ultimately G took that room (and this happened not more that 2 months ago), he and his girlfriend were sleeping and all of a sudden the door slowly started to move back and for of a few inches... Windows and doors were locked so, how could this happened???
One day I go to their house and D opened the door, and went to lay down in the living room for a nap... The house was silent... and thinking that G was in his room, I opened the door and put my head in there to look... He was not home, there was his girlfriend sleeping, so without making any noise I went away when I hear in the back of my neck a female voice whispering: "Hi!"... So I thought: "Ok, G's girl woke up"... I put my head in the room and she was asleep, and when I asked later, she told she did not wake up and did not even know I was there...
So... Who did say "Hi"????
I have my theories about it...

The World of Racing is Mourning The Loss of Moto GP's Pilot MARCO SIMONCELLI. "SIC" Rest in Peace.
Unfortunately today was signed by an horrific accident on the Sepang track.
Moto GP's race is just beginning when Colin Edwards and Valentino Rossi cannot avoid a terrible impact with Marco Simoncelli.
"Sic" as anyone called him, lost control of his bike and was falling on the ground when behind him these two other pilots ran over his body, in the impact he lost his helmet and the doctor, while examining the body said that there was marks of tires on his neck... It happened in a fraction of seconds, it was not avoidable, it was an accident... It was unluck.
Sic was only 24 but his name echoed in the paddocks for years.
We will always remember his smile, his gentle personality and his "comics" voice...
A thought goes to his father Paolo and his girlfriend Kate.
Ciao Marco!

The Famous Calico Ghost Town.
This is one of the most interesting place I've been...
It is a real ghost town and it is awesome. You have to pay to enter, your money serves a good cause, it helps this place to not fall apart and there are some of the most creepy buildings...
It was a town built by miners, in fact they extract gold and silver back in the day. Some (real) people still live there and for example there is a clothing store placed in the actual old building and I had a strange feeling entering... There was a girl working there and I thought that it would be so, so scary to work there, what if you are closing the store and you hear stomping on the wooden floor; I mean, this building a century ago was still the place you find today, it did not get remodeled or renewed...
Then you can visit the house of some of the people who lived there, there is a little train that brings you inside and around the old gold mine... My only regret is that I did not visit the local cemetery but, well... It is a good reason to visit Calico Again...
These pictures show just the mine area... Some of the miners actually built small houses to live in next to the mine... Some were made of wood, some were in stone (there are a few ruins) and some others again were excavated from the rock... Their tools are still in place...
